Ryan was so great helping us find our first real estate investment. He took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and advised us on great local areas to invest in. He is very responsive and even helped us when he was out of town for a weekend. We highly recommend his expertise!

The builder offered a bonus if we got one so with a little research we contacted Ryan to handle this role. Beyond happy that we did this, in hindsight what a huge mistake to not to have done it!
