Ryan was super knowledgeable of the process of selling our home and buying a new one and walked us through it seamlessly. He always responded to our messages quickly and negotiated the sell of our home and buying of our new home without any hiccups.
Ryan was a great realtor in that he stuck with us the entire way even with our mind changing all the time. We started looking at land which wasn't going to make him the big bucks. He still humored us and took time out of his busy day to visit pieces of land all over the triangle area. We then changed our mind and decided to look at homes on land.
