Ryan was incredibly attentive, helpful, communicative as I was selling from out of state. He really helped me keep up on things being so far away. Very realistic and knowledgeable about the market. Very helpful in the negotiation and was practical which I needed. He was great and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Ryan was critical in deciding what upgrades and fixes would most help with the sale of the house. He also helped us get the house on the market at the right time for the right price so it didn’t sit for too long and get stale. Through every step of the process Ryan explained what was happening and why it was happening and made sure we fully understood what was going on and how it affected us. He was patient when I got emotional and sentimental was there every step of the way. We have now purchased a house with Ryan and sold a house with Ryan and can’t imagine anyone doing a better job than he did throughout both processes.
