Ryan Poole came to me as a highly recommended referral. I now understand why. Ryan double checked over ever step of the paperwork and closing process to make sure that it was completed correctly ahead of time. I’ve never had a closing go so smoothly. He also had great suggestions on how to make the property sell faster and for the best price. Which I did, and it did. I’ve had real estate agents, in the past, that were looking out for their own best interests, (but I didn’t see it until after closing). Ryan Poole looked after me, all the way through the process.
