Great Agent for Investors

My Realtor Ryan Poole exceeded all expectations of other agents I've worked with. He is the perfect agent if you are an investor. He had a fantastic network of financing, inspectors, handyman, title, insurance etc... that he plugged me into. His insight on the market and investment strategies helped me pick the perfect property. Most importantly, he's a hard worker and didn't skip the final walkthrough before signing which identified an AC issue that saved me the replacement cost. I did not expect an agent to offer so much assistance to make sure I got the best deal and read through all of the details and handle so much of the after sale coordination. Really impressive work ethic.
