We had a very good experience working with Ryan and his team. They were very helpful and professional. Ryan is very knowledgeable about the local market and helped us greatly to price our home just right. The house sold twice! Both times within 2-3 days. Although the first buyers got cold feet and backed out at the last minute, Ryan was very resourceful to get us quickly back on the market, had 6 showings and sold again in two days!
