Ryan was great. He helped us sell our home and buy a new one. He lined up the buy/sell so that we had time to move out of our current home and into our new one over a weekend. He helped us look at about 30 properties and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. In the process he made sure we understood every opportunity or disadvantage about properties by doing his research and providing us with reasonable feedback. We wouldn’t go with anyone else as a realtor. He is professional, clever, and knows the market well. Finding the right home in New Orleans was a challenge, but Ryan was super helpful every step of the way. Thankfully, I followed Ryan's advice and ended up in my top pick. He definitely knows the market, which was especially helpful in getting the offer accepted. Admittedly, you'll not meet anyone as responsive and persistent as this guy. He was on it -- especially when closing. The lender and seller weren't the greatest, but Ryan kept things moving all hours of the day. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
