We worked with Ryan to buy and sell a single family house. We had some slightly unusual timing requests (buy the new house, completely move out, renovate the old house, then sell), but he and his team were happy to accommodate. On the purchase, Ryan helped us prepare a very competitive offer that beat out 7 other offers and still got us under appraisal -- a huge win. His expertise on contingencies and target price range were excellent, and his responsiveness was tremendous. On the sale, we had some bad luck on the timing, putting the house on the market after rates had come up and the market cooled quite a bit. Ryan helped us navigate the various pitfalls of the changing market, and we eventually sold the house after some bad breaks. It took longer than we hoped, and was a lower sale price than we hoped especially considering some extra reno money we had to put in, but it was no fault of Ryan's, and in fact Ryan helped us realize what we needed to do to sell it. Ryan was always cheerful, friendly, professional, and responsive -- just a delight to work with. Great, supportive team too that helped when Ryan had other commitments or was out of town for the weekend. Great realtor, great team, will HIGHLY recommend to anyone in Northern Virginia who asks.
