Ryan is the best. We were new to the state, and just wanted something we could afford and was in a good school district. He took us all over the place, was always available to talk and was super upfront and honest with us about houses and issues that might come up down the road. I will recommend Ryan to anyone saying they are looking for a place, for life. I hope to stay in contact with him, he is down to earth, funny, relatable, like going to look at houses w your friend who knows what’s going on. You will not regret choosing Ryan!

We wouldn’t use anyone else. Since helping us buy our first home 19 years ago Ryan has seen us through purchases and sales involving six properties. In every case, especially our recent purchase of an investment property (future retirement home), his service has been impeccable. He helped us in the whole buying process from offer being accepted to the final closing. we loved his honest (pros and cons) opinions with the different options on each step of the buying process, which helped us choosing the best based on our requirements. His knowledge and confidence are remarkable as he asked me if I really loved the house and want to get it, and he promised to get it; finally, he fulfilled his promise. As per my experience, I would highly recommend Ryan for his knowledge, professionalism and reliability who has the skills to get you what you want. I had an excellent experience with Ryan in my first home purchase. He got to know my brother and I on a personal level and really sought to understand what we were looking for in a home. He is knowledgable and present for his clients during the entire process. In the beginning, Ryan regularly sent us the newest listings of candidate homes based on our criteria and he adapted to new our requirements as we evaluated them. He showed us different options of what was available on the market, some of which we had not even considered. We visited several homes, and as a first time home buyer, Ryan helped point out the pros and cons of each home while taking note of our preferences. His top priority was to find a place that was comfortable for us and in our price range. On top of all of this, he was extremely responsive and available. All appointments were made at convenient and the earliest possible dates for us. Every meeting with him was a pleasant experience. From home viewings, making the offer, to closing, Ryan was there leading the entire process. After our offer was accepted, Ryan set up and was engaged in all of the follow up appointments with the inspector, builder, bank, and title transfer. He'd gather and send us all of the information and documents we needed as soon as possible. He was on top of the process and made it simple and stress free for us. In the end we got our home for asking price, which is incredible for the quality of the home and in Seattle's competitive market! There are new ways to buy a home with minimal realtor engagement such as online with Redfin. I had considered doing this but decided otherwise. Ryan offered a level of professionalism and service that meant I wouldn't overlook any details through the process and could find and close on a home quickly and move in comfortably, knowing that I had all my bases covered. I highly recommend working with a real estate agent and ESPECIALLY Ryan for anybody looking for their next move.
