Working with Ryan was an Outstanding experience! Our purchase was remote, and we came to Texas only for two days on the weekend. Ryan was able to set up more the ten homes for us to look at and spent the whole weekend with us showing us houses. It was our first purchase, so we were not familiar with the process at all and Ryan was very transparent and supportive throughout the whole process even beyond closing! There aren’t enough good things I can say about Ryan. He helped us purchase our first home just this past December. I was expecting the process to be long and awful, but Ryan made it simple and easy. He took care of every detail on getting the property sold. Held an open house and the property had a buyer that day. He helped in getting a handyman and cleaning crew for me.
