Ryan helped me buy my first place. Some extensive plumbing work needed to be done, he was connected with a good group of folks who could do the work for me. I closed on 9/4, today is 10/22 and I'm still in contact with Ryan as little issues have popped up. He's probably tired of me at this point but he'll never show it and is always willing to help.
