Ryan did a great job for us. He helped us find a foreclosure at a great price in 2011. The house had many other bids but his promptness helped us to win the bid. We lived in the house a few years and we're able fix it up. He then listed the house for us in 2016 and we sold it for a very very large profit. Ryan was wonderful during the sale and helped us when the buyers agent and mortgage broker fell short for both parties. I would recommend Ryan for anyone buying or selling a home!
