We gave Ryan a very specific house to find and in one particular location. That's a challenge anytime, let alone in 2022. Ryan did everything from making cold calls for us, he knocked on doors, he sent us leads on unlisted properties and more. We felt like we covered every possible angle. Ultimately, we purchased two homes; one to live in and one to turn into an airbnb. Trying to navigate two closings (while taking care of our own business in Pittsburgh) was A LOT of work and coordination. Ryan handled it all for us.
