Great Experience

Ryan came prepared with all information. We were not sure whether we wanted to sell and just what our house might be worth. We were thinking about downsizing and he came prepared with everything for our consideration and no pressure. He was professional and always communicated (promptly too) to reassure us throughout the process. We had not sold or bought a house in over 20 years, so much had changed, and he was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond when we had trouble with our security system causing an issue with getting the C/O for the new buyer from our town. He didn't panic - we did LOL! We would highly recommend Ryan for buying and selling!
