We always love working with Ryan
Ryan is extremely competent and was able to guide us through the entire process. He was always available for showings, helped us schedule inspections, worked with the lender and actually made the deal for us. There were multiple offers on the house we wanted and Ryan convinced the seller to accept our offer. He is a good negotiator and a very honest and friendly person. He also gave us good advice on who to use for repairs and inspections. He understands this business as well as any realtor I have ever worked with. We will always use Ryan whenever we consider buying or selling a house in this area.
