Ryan put a sign in our yard and collected a big check. Do you know what else he did? EVERYTHING. When the perfect house (for us) came on the market, Ryan showed it to us within 2 hours and with his help, we made an offer that day and bought it. Owning 2 houses, 3 miles apart was not ideal for us, lol, and Ryan understood that. He got right on helping us prepare house number one for sale. Before the next Sunday he had the place professionally cleaned, landscaped, photographed, and held an open house. Honest to God, it's like he was trying to sell his own house. He knows ALL the people YOU need to know. His recommendations were bar none and honestly, upon our request, Ryan just handled it. And by "it" I mean EVERYTHING. He got great pricing on the required updates the old place needed, made sure we were comfortable with it and proceeded to schedule the work and get it done. Ryan is and excellent agent! He really helped break down everything it took on buy a home so we could understand the prosses. We would not have been able to get through this without him.
