I was an out of state buyer that had the great opportunity to work with Ryan , I gave Ryan my needs and I was able to narrow my choices very easily based on the options he presented me through email. On 6/16 I met with Ryan for the first time in Murrells inlet and Ryan had lined up my top choices for viewing I was able to make a decision and placed an offer with Ryan’s assistance which included a quick close “two weeks “ which we were able to agree to with the seller. On 7/1 we closed an incredible accomplishment from everyone to keep us on track Ryan was instrumental in getting us to the finish line on schedule.
