Ryan was extremely helpful right from our very first meeting. He immediately set us up to view potential properties online, was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop either by text or phone call. Since we were viewing some of the properties from afar, Ryan was more than happy to do video walkthroughs of the ones we were interested in. When the time came for us to view our list of favorites in person, Ryan did an excellent job setting up and leading us through 10 viewings in one day! After that final push we were able to narrow down the field to a property we wanted to make an offer on. Ryan was also a master at helping us negotiate with sellers. All said and done, Ryan made a tedious endeavor easy and somewhat enjoyable with his up front demeanor and great sense of humor, all while being professional.
