Ryan was awesome and he and his team made the whole home buying process a breeze. He took the time to get to know what we wanted and where we wanted to be located. After viewing 3 peoperties we quickly put an offer in on the home we ended up closing on and that is when the real work started on Ryan's part. The sellers agent was less than ideal and Ryan stepped above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track and aggressively negotiated our requests for repair after our inspection.
