Great experience! Ryan made the process extremely smooth even with difficult sellers. I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone buying or selling a home! Ryan has great knowledge of the Orlando housing market and helped make our ultimate decision a breeze. He provided all the information that we needed to know for a first time home buyer and thoroughly explained the process of closing to us. Whenever we needed to look at a house or had questions, he was always bailable to help us and provided a positive attitude and outlook to any issue. Even though we did not negotiate for a lower price for our house, we did come across some issues with the seller which was threatening to not sell us the house, Ryan took care of the issue for us completely by negotiating directly with the sellers agent and allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the purchace of our first home without any headaches.
