I didn’t realize exactly how crucial it is to pick the right real estate agent when selling your house until my husband and I chose Ryan. He has so many skills that he brings to the table, including being shrewd and personable and professional, but what stands out to me about Ryan is the belief he had in our home. He understood immediately how special our home was, and that simply calculating a price based on square footage or number of bedrooms and bathrooms wouldn’t do it justice. In his words, pricing is part science, part art. To our surprise, he valued it significantly higher than all the other agents we met with. It seemed risky at the time, but in my heart, I knew my house was worth more than what others were quoting. Even when the market was starting to sink, Ryan continued to believe in our home, and I believe it was that conviction, and his justification of the price to the ultimate buyers, that got us top dollar for our home even among all the doomsday predictions. In many ways, buying or selling a home is like a poker game, and Ryan is the guy you want whispering in your ear the best move to make at every juncture.
