Ryan had been recommended to us through a friend of a friend. We were told that he was able to find them a home in three months, while they were searching from out of state. Moving to Wisconsin from the east coast could have made the process challenging for us, thankfully because we worked with Ryan, it wasn't. Before our weekend visit to look at houses and during the entire process Ryan was very responsive to communications, helping us sort out which houses we should look at on the single weekend we had available to do so. For us, we were incredibly thankful that Ryan was able to devote the entire weekend we were in town to search for our home. There was a lot of good faith on Ryan's part to take an entire weekend away from his family to meet with first time homebuyers who may or may not purchase a home right away. Being first time home buyers we had so many questions, and then more questions. Ryan's local knowledge was impressive and he always gave straightforward and honest answers about properties, locations, resale values, etc. If for some reason there was a question he didn't know the answer to he always found out and got back to us quickly. He took the time to talk us through the process, teach us about home buying, and calm our nerves. Ryan wanted us to find the right house for us, not just a house. He wanted us to find and get something we loved. It made us feel like he was equally invested in our future happiness. After the closing, Ryan went above and beyond. We still wouldn't be moving into the home for a month and a half, and he checked in on the house, had the lawn mowed so we wouldn't be fined, and put a dehumidifier into the basement, a necessity to keeping it dry. We are so incredibly thankful for his kindness, work ethic and support.
