We moved to the Prescott area from Washington State. I had meet Ryan at the Masonic Lodge in Prescott and later learned that he was a Broker. He patiently dedicated his time without constraints (ie, he didn't have to run off to other appointments or handle phone calls while with us). And after the sale, he proactively stayed in touch with us and even helped with "move-in" issues that he had no responsibility for ... he just wanted to make sure that all goes well and that we're happy.
