Ryan’s communication and advice was perfect, also he is pleasant to deal with. I was out of State, so he monitored everything including repairs prior to listing. It was a seamless sale thanks to Ryan. He is a successful realtor which is indicative of how good he is. I highly recommend Ryan.

Ryan was the best. From the very beginning he took the time to find out what our family needed and exactly what we were looking for. He was professional and willing to work hard. That included a multi house tour that went from 9pm to 11pm one night. Spoiler alert, we got the house we wanted!! Once we had our home he was great through the escrow process as well. He was available when we needed him to be and had resources available for inspections, repairs etc (but also never pressured us to use his people). It was just an all around great experience. I’ve already referred him to a friend, I think that pretty much says it all.
