I've worked with Ryan and his team a couple of times, once to sell my home and once to buy a home. Both times I was very impressed with Ryan's knowledge about the market and the advice he gave for both transactions. I always felt that Ryan was pointing me in the right direction and I trusted the strategies that he put together for the deals. When it comes to negotiating, it always felt like we came out ahead and that was completely due to Ryan's skills in that area. Highly recommend Ryan and his team to anyone looking to buy and/or sell!
