Ryan Johnson sold me my first home in 2018. As a first time home buyer I was uneducated in my options good and bad he and his team made the process easy for a first time home buyer to understand and feel comfortable in making the big decisions. They were always available to answer any questions day or night. communication for me is a big deal when it comes to some thing like this as I don't take purchases like this lightly. I didn't really know what to expect from a realtor as a first time home buyer but anything less than Ryan just won't cut it .even after our home purchase, he followed up with us numerous times and made sure we were getting settled into our new property , he and his team really care about finding you your dream home that is within your budget and hits a lot of your desires. My husband and I plan on using him for future home purchases, and would recommend him to family and friends, who are in the market for an honest, knowledgeable, realtor.
Our family wanted to purchase a cabin up in the mountains as a vacation home we wanted to make an Airbnb as well. Ryan made himself available to show us homes multiple times doing 6 hour round trip travels every time. He was diligent in scouting neighborhoods that still allowed STR’s so we didn’t waste our time. He not only did his job hours away from his home, he did it happily.

Everyone feels their house is sellable for the highest price in its current shape. Ours was ok but Ryan knew exactly what we needed to do to make it more desirable to a larger crowd. He stuck to our allotted showing time windows and we never felt put out or like we were scrambling.
