Ryan was Fantastic

Ryan helped us purchase a home and sell our home. With the purchase process, we were able to get the home we wanted on our first try. He gave us guidance on how best to secure the house, and we even locked it in not being the highest offer. On the sales side, he was pheromonal. He let us know what we should do to improve our ability to sell, he helped coordinate multiple contractors to perform the work. Ultimately it led us to getting ~19% above asking price. All in, we almost traded homes in our purchase and sale price, for a major upgrade. I would recommend Ryan to anyone.
