Specifically, these were cardboard boxes.

In selling our dad's home, we needed an agent who was not only knowledgeable of the market, but was willing to work with us, even though both my sister and I live out of state. After interviewing other agents, we felt Ryan listened to us and was more in tune with what we needed, and we weren't wrong! We loved the app that was available for us to see how frequently appointments were made to see the house and to see the feedback after those visits. We appreciated how quickly we heard back from Ryan Hukill if we emailed or called and left a message. We could not be happier with our dealings with both our real estate agent and with the title company who finalized the sale. It was great that many of the papers could be signed electronically, and it was very convenient that a notary was arranged to go to my sister's home, so she could sign the other papers. It made it so much more convenient for us that neither of us had to physically be present for the closing! We appreciated the quickness with which all of the closing documents were emailed to us and the money was wired to the correct account. We were also quite impressed with how quickly the property sold, and over the holidays, no less! Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, efficient, and very helpful.

Ryan and Sheila are awesome, they work really well as a team and always had quick answers to my questions.
