Ryan became our real estate agent by pure chance when he answered the phone regarding a home I was interested in viewing. He was the first to not only listen to our list of “wants” but also follow up with other listing that matched what we were looking for in a new home. When we decided to travel to Omaha from out of state at the last minute to look at houses, Ryan cleared his entire calendar to be available as needed. He spent two full days escorting us around town. Never once was he pushy nor did he try to talk us into something we didn't want or couldn't afford. He easily remembered details about the various homes we had seen, then would compare positive aspects about the differing features. Once we made a decision on a new home, he was ready to negotiate and go to bat for us to get the best deal. No matter when I texted or emailed, Ryan responded immediately. Throughout the entire process, Ryan made himself available to us based on our schedule and answered all of our numerous questions. I would 1000% recommend Ryan to friends and family who are in the market to buy or sell real estate. In the past, my dealings with real estate agents always made me walk away thinking, “I could have done a better job” but not this time. Ryan is in exactly the right profession and we were extraordinarily lucky to cross paths. Working with Ryan make both my husband and I feel like we saw all the homes we needed to see and we were able to buy the best home available for a price we believe was very fair. All of his suggestions were spot on. We are very (VERY) happy in our new home!
