He showed up prepared with more than just a standard packet of information. He showed up with comparable homes that matched our same or similar features. He explained in detail and with graphs why we should value our home at the price that we did. We had so many showings and several offers within the first few days including a full price offer with minimal conditions requested. Even after closing he has continued to follow up with us.
