I was really impressed with Ryan's knowledge of the current Real Estate market around town. He has extensive experience purchasing homes for investors to renovate for resale and lease-up, so he seems to have a better grasp of property values than a lot of professional Appraisers I know! Also, since he closes so many sales he seemed to have a sixth-sense about the purchase processes. I've had motivated, responsive Realtors before, but Ryan seemed to be always 2 steps ahead of everybody else. It was like he anticipated slip-ups by the other parties involved (attorneys, lenders, etc.) and was in front of them straightening things out even before they happened! He is very hands-on and skillfully cut through all the bull involved in buying a house... smoothest experience I've ever had!
