Ryan Gamble

After meeting with a few different realtors, my husband and I decided to work with Ryan Gamble to buy our first house. She is outstanding. Given that we were first time buyers, we particularly appreciated her ability to articulate components of the process in human-speak. As native Austinites also acknowledging our privilege of buying a home amidst the negative impact of rising housing costs on our community, we also were grateful for Ryan's values-driven efforts to ensure that housing is accessible to everyone, particularly through support of Foundation Communities. She is a mindful person who asks the right questions and listens well, which we did not find in many others. Plus! A great negotiator who represented our wishes and got us a great closing deal. We will not hesitate to continue our relationship with her, whether buying or selling, and do not hesitate to recommend her heartily to everyone we know.
