Ryan had up to the minute market knowledge and directed us only to homes he felt we would strongly be interested in while staying within our price range. He did an excellent job of communicating everything happening with the us - from the onset of looking at homes to the final steps of purchasing the home . He was professional every step of the way. Ryan was in constant communication with other agents if the home wasn't one of his listings. Ryan's patience is one of his biggest strengths. We requested to look at multiple houses in a relatively short period of time and he worked diligently to get all of the showings set up. We had specific wants/needs and he really listened to everything we said and did not get exasperated at the number of homes we asked to see. He also took the time to explain many of the terms we were unfamiliar with - much appreciated! Ryan has continued to help with many things after the purchase of the home - answering every "silly" question we have and giving us great guidance. We have sincerely appreciated all of Ryan's efforts and look forward to selling the property we moved from with Ryan helping us all the way.
