I knew from our initial phone call and meet up we wanted to work with Ryan. He gave us all the info we needed upfront, no hidden secrets. Everything up front from the start. When he says he likes to move fast, he means it. We found THE house the second meet up and offer in the next day. From there Ryan was on top of it. The lending team he suggested, top notch! I even talked my father-in-law to work with him to help sell his house. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone I know to work with him. The whole process, for me as a first time home buyer was nerve wrecking, but like I said he made sure to share every step in the process with us and even broke it down for us to understand.

I met Ryan by accident. He was showing a home in the area I was looking to buy. He welcomed me to also view the home while his clients did a walk through. It was not the house for me but Ryan was so kind and seemed passionate about real estate that I hired him on the spot to help me in my home search. I was in the process of selling a home when Ryan show me a home I loved. He worked hard with the sellers agent of this home and was able to get my contingent offer accepted. The contingency was about to expire when Ryan reached out again to the seller and was able to get an extension and finally, my old home sold. Ryan worked with me through the Escrow process of the new property and had the best people working with me. He was always available to answer my questions and reassure me that the process was indeed moving along. I was able to close on my dream home and he met me at the front door with the keys!
