Ryan Dyal is the best! He and the team at BIG Realty were absolutely amazing. My husband and I were buying from out of state. It felt like working with a friend and not just another realtor. When we found our home he helped us through every step of the process and beyond. He even checked on our house the morning of closing since we could not be there in person. We’ve had the opportunity to work with several realtors over the years, but Ryan easily excelled them all. He truly goes above and beyond to do what he feels is right by his client and is more concerned about serving you than he is about his commission check. That is what impressed me about him the most. Being out of state, Ryan diligently listened to our needs, and consistently looked at properties for us taking videos and pictures all on his own time and sent them to us for review. Patiently, generously and for months would drive an hour out of his way to look at anything that caught our attention. After we found the property to make an offer on, Ryan negotiated for us with all the tenacity of an attack dog or a champion gladiator in a Roman coliseum. While we were closing on the house he consistently drove out of his way to ensure the repairs that were agreed on were being completed to my satisfaction and sent the people responsible back twice when he felt things could be done better. Ryan is the realtor that all other realtors want you to believe them to be. He is the industry standard and he comes highly recommended by my Family and many others.

Ryan was very helpful to help us purchase our first home. first time home buying can be scary but Ryan was very helpful in educating us on any parts we were unsure about. He also took his time to show us any house we asked at the times that worked for us.
