Ryan handled the sale of our previous home &purchase of our new one. Both experiences were hands down wonderful. When we knew we were ready to list Ryan met with us to review the process in depth and gave us tips on how to maximize our time and energy in getting our home ready for showing. As full time working parents of a toddler time & scheduling were always a factor to contend with. Ryan never made us feel rushed and worked around our days which was greatly appreciated. Leading up to our open house Ryan checked in regularly to ease our nerves and made us feel like we were his priority. Ryan is incredibly kind and well liked which showed when communicating with other realtors. We are so appreciative of the efforts he put in for us, he successfully sold our home for over asking!!
