A friend referred my wife to Ryan. We are not from this area and needed a lot of advice on neighborhoods, traffic patterns, CDD's, HOA's, the Florida Homestead Exemption. All of it. We were new to Florida. Ryan was a wealth of information. All along the way, not just in finding our home, but also in navigating all the bits right up to signing on the dotted line at closing. He even sent us reminders about filing our Homestead Exemption before that annual window closed. He is a great realtor, but also a trustworthy person. We did not even have the home on our list, he said we should take a look at... and we ended up purchasing it. He really listens, carefully selects, and helpfully works with you each step of the way. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Ryan. He is great!
