A friend referred my wife to Ryan. We are not from this area and needed a lot of advice on neighborhoods, traffic patterns, CDD's, HOA's, the Florida Homestead Exemption. All of it. We were new to Florida. Ryan was a wealth of information. All along the way, not just in finding our home, but also in navigating all the bits right up to signing on the dotted line at closing. He even sent us reminders about filing our Homestead Exemption before that annual window closed. He is a great realtor, but also a trustworthy person. We did not even have the home on our list, he said we should take a look at... and we ended up purchasing it. He really listens, carefully selects, and helpfully works with you each step of the way. Ryan got introduced to us as our rental agent in late 2020 and he made our stay at our rental a breeze. He makes himself as available as possible, which is a feat in itself and promptly answers all our questions. We are new to FL and Ryan really helped us get settled. I can attest that he is not going after money, he has a tremendous passion for real estate, has an engineering background so he can get into the technical aspects of things if needed, has a great knowledge of the area and services around and, most important of all, is genuinely trying to help as many people as possible. I honestly haven't met a nicer guy than him. I sometimes joke with him asking him to run for Mayor as he is so popular in our area. Once we decided to buy, he helped us nail our requirements down and proactively looked for the perfect fit for us. He even discouraged us from buying certain properties because of potential noise issues, below par builders, higher maintenance costs, nearby roads becoming potentially busier in the future, among many other things. I had no idea of how to find a good house for us. This was our first purchase. He was our trusted partner through all of this and we ended up buying the perfect home for us within our budget and suiting all our needs. I now think of him more as a friend / family member than someone I did business with because that was only a small portion of the time we spent together. We have had many issues in our rental and a few issues in our new home, and Ryan was the first person we went to because of the trust he has established with us. He even brought his sons and did an amazing job coating our Garage floor with Epoxy for a fraction of the market rate. I know he always wishes the best for us and our family feels the same way.
