We were in the market for a decent home in our desired school boundary. We found a home that we fell in love with. It just so happened that it was a government (HUD) foreclosure. An agent must be registered through HUD to make any offers (bids) for a buyer. Coincidentally, Ryan was registered and as soon as the house came on the market for bidding, we promptly received communication from him. We were the first ones to walk through the home. He talked us through the bid process, we made an offer and ended up with the winning bid! Ryan went above & beyond what we expected. Considering he was dealing with government representatives and us (first time homebuyers), the process went smoothly and wasn't nearly as stressful as we had anticipated. We sincerely recommend him.
