It really is as simple as getting it done. In such an odd time to sell, Ryan helped us prepare over the last year and a half to sell our house. We have been in contract on a new build for 18 months and even from all the way at the beginning of that contract, he was helping us make decision in what to do and how to make sure we positioned ourselves and our old home in the future market. When it came time to list, his team put us in a situation where we had 47 showings outside of the open house over the course of 3 days. In such a skeptical market, that’s unheard of. I was a first time buyer, buying a new build, and had zero idea of what I was doing or what to expect. Ryan met with us on multiple occasions to ensure that we were being treated right by the builder and ensuring that we were understanding of the process of which we were about to take part in. He was detailed and clearly laid out the items of which we needed to handle, and the discussion that we needed to have with the builder, the lender, and the title company. He protected us from being mistreated and taken advantage of. He stood up to the builder for us when they were taking short cuts and worked with the lenders to make sure that we got what we were promised for our rate.
