In selling our home, he understood the market so well that we sold it for more than I anticipated. He attended all inspections and arranged craftsmen to comply with inspectors’ recommendations. But often used his own craftsman’s skills to make repairs for us. His knowledge of households systems was very reassuring. Originally I was nervous about everything to be done but Ryan always said: I’ll do that, it’s my job. What a relief. Ryan’s communication was superb.
