My husband and I had a great experience with Ryan. He exceeded all of our expectations as the agent when purchasing our home. So much so that we asked him to be our agent in selling our home. In selling our home, he understood the market so well that we sold it for more than I anticipated. He attended all inspections and arranged craftsmen to comply with inspectors’ recommendations. But often used his own craftsman’s skills to make repairs for us. His knowledge of households systems was very reassuring. Originally I was nervous about everything to be done but Ryan always said: I’ll do that, it’s my job. What a relief. Ryan’s communication was superb. He explained every step, promptly responded to all of our inquiries (even on weekends and evenings), and kept us up to date on progress.
