He helped me every single step of the way, from start to finish, and went greatly above any expectations I could have had. I am very grateful and won't hesitate to contact him again when I move onto my next home.

Ryan's professionalism, knowledge and dedication to helping me find a home was a blessing!! Being new to the area, and not having the slightest clue about the housing market in Charlotte, really did not matter since I had Ryan as my agent. He is not your typical realtor who (in my experience) shows a home and abandons you if you're hesitant on buying. Ryan is very knowledgeable in a plethora of areas and makes your experience very personal and never makes you feel like what you're asking for is too much. I lived about 2-3 hours from where I was doing my home search and I was really worried that would be an issue. Ryan would not advise me to waste my time driving there to view certain homes if he knew I would not like it based on his research. After a few times of driving to charlotte to look at hole in the wall homes I thought I would love, I finally realized "this guy actually knows what he's doing, I can relax". My first home search experience could not have been better and I could not have found a better agent. I will be seeing Ryan for my next home & referring him to everyone looking to buy.
