My husband and I have bought and sold dozens of properties and we would put Ryan Comstock as the best realtor we have worked with. I am a published designer and my husband is a remodeling contractor - absolutely the Worst for any realtor to work with because we know everything! From our first meeting, he gently but firmly took lead on staging, pictures, pricing and presented so we were all in unison and agreement. The paperwork was seamless, advise on "uncluttering" (not an easy feat for any homeowner personality), simple and effective staging, excellent photography and time management was a joy to be a part of! Granted, the right buyer came by and loved our property and 'things' that were left, BUT he had it up and available and sold in 2 weeks with no debates! We are still marveling and so thankful for his amazing service and character. We have no doubt he would excel in any real estate needs you could work with him in. Warmly, The Hamiltons
