Ryan Colmer

We first met Ryan a few years ago at an open house. We immediately liked his laid back style. While many other realtors can be pretentious or pushy, Ryan is neither. Instead, Ryan listened to our wants, needs, and budget. We looked at quite a few homes with Ryan. He never tried pushing us into something we either didn't like, or couldn't afford. We even recommended Ryan to a friend of ours. He listed and sold her house. We ultimately ended up buying property and building a custom home. Ryan listed our house, and sold it in five days and for above list price. If you are buying or selling a home, Ryan is your guy!

Working with Ryan was a was so easy. We knew after that fist time we met him that we would continue working with him. His constant empathy and and wonderful communication made such a difference. There was no stress in what thought would have been a stressful time. The team that worked along with his was also amazing. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Ryan was always really easy to get a hold of and never tried to overcomplicate a situation. He was great to work with and I hope to work with him again soon.

Ryan was an amazing relator. He made our experience less stressful considering we were moving from PA to TN. I remember one conversation we had at the beginning of the process, and he stated you focus on your move and let me worry about the selling of the house. It truly made a difference when you have so much to think about and that extra weight is taken off your shoulders. Ryan didn't disappoint on his promise he was always willing to answer any questions we had and kept us well informed on the progress of the selling of the house from beginning to end of the sale. It was great to have the feeling you could actually trust the person who was helping to do the best possible job for you especially, when you were ten and half hours away trying to get settled in another state. I would definitely recommend Ryan as a relator to anyone buying or selling. He is easy to talk to, helps you to understand the process and makes you feel like you are family (We are not but appreciate being treated like it). We were happy friends of ours originally recommended him to us. If he was a relator in TN, we would definitely use him again. Thanks, Ryan, for giving us the best experience we have ever had in an extremely stressful process.
