This was my first time purchasing a home and Ryan could not have made it any more smooth. From the start we met up to game plan on what was needed to buy a home especially with Denver's booming market. Ryan would send several homes a day that met the criteria I was looking for and had a good understanding for what I was looking for. I probably looked at a dozen homes and Ryan was with me every time, pointing out things to consider.
