Ryan represented himself well, but he represent my wife and I even better. I have bought a lot of real-estate over the years and have dealt with a lot of brokers/agents, their priorities always seemed to be "work the "deal". There was never a question of where Ryans Loyalties were! He was working for us! He gave us the Pros and Cons of purchasing this home, whether we liked it or not. We almost changed our mind multiple times throughout the process due to the homes neglect over the years. Ryan got quotes for repairs, suggestions from qualified experts on the more serious issues and gave us the information needed for us to buy or walk. It did not end there, after the sale, Ryan kept to his word and is still aiding us in repairs of the home, like he said he would. Honest and Integrity is a rare find these days, I will not hesitate to use Ryan in the future.
