I won’t repeat what all the other reviewers mentioned… they are all true. Ryan is an exceptional realtor who works 24-7. You text her with a question or request and she responds within a few minutes no matter what time it is (6am or 9pm). Very knowledgeable about the city and no nonsense being an efficient realtor. We had a unique circumstance of purchasing a home in Louisville living 500 miles away. Ryan made it easy for us during this whole process and even followed up with some work being done on the home after we had closed before we moved in. Highly recommend you choose her for any needs you have in either buying or selling.
