This fairly new agent blew me away! We have used agents in the past that have been doing real-estate for many many years and Ryan's knowledge surpassed them all. He is on top of everything. We never had to ask one thing of him, he was always a step ahead. He's a hard worker and a go getter. He's also very motivated. I would recommend him to anyone!

We listed our house in a subdivision with numerous houses already on the market. Ryan got us a top offer within 12 hours of listing. The sell of our home was as smooth as possible and we would recommend Ryan Canizaro to anyone selling or purchasing a home! You can expect constant contact and immediate follow through from Ryan.
