My wife and I were in Northern Michigan for a family get-away when we started talking about buying a place near Traverse City, a place where we lived many years ago, and always loved. We found a place that we wanted to see in Manistee, and Ryan helped get us set up for a walk-through, and that led to our purchase, all with Ryan's help and guidance. Ryan was with us from the beginning and past the closing. During the process, since we live elsewhere, he helped guide us, and explain, all of the paperwork we were signing, which we did on-line, helped with the offer and counter-offers, and arranged for an inspector.
