A property hit the market and my agent Ryan Buzelli sent me a message to check it out. It’s January and it’s been cold and snowing like crazy. I didn’t expect him to drop everything and be willing to show me the property two hours later. Well long story short here we are with writing a review. Ryan handles every step of the process. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and uses his business connections to make the process fast and efficient. With Ryan I had the confidence at each step I knew what to do and if I had questions Ryan knew how to get my answers. My wife and I were in Northern Michigan for a family get-away when we started talking about buying a place near Traverse City, a place where we lived many years ago, and always loved. We found a place that we wanted to see in Manistee, and Ryan helped get us set up for a walk-through, and that led to our purchase, all with Ryan's help and guidance. Ryan was with us from the beginning and past the closing. During the process, since we live elsewhere, he helped guide us, and explain, all of the paperwork we were signing, which we did on-line, helped with the offer and counter-offers, and arranged for an inspector. Ryan was in contact with us most every day to let us know where we were in the process. When we contacted Ryan for questions, he always responded quickly. Thanks Ryan. Would we call Ryan again if we were to buy or sell again in the area? Absolutely. We have fun working with others who want to do a good job, and who are good at their job. And Ryan was a perfect fit for us.

Ryan is a truly knowledgeable agent. Was always in tune with the market and how the market was being driven by interest rates and the real estate market. As a representative of the property that we wanted to sell, Ryan was right there to explain the proper ways to accept an offer or to decline. Always giving the best advice. As for showing the property Ryan was always on time and very knowledgeable about property lines and knew all the correct answers to give to perspective buyers. I would give Ryan an A+ for his knowledge, his integrity and his promptness. I just wish that he was the one to have brought the buyers that finally purchased our land. He actually deserved the full amount of the usual percentage of the sales as apposed to having to split with another realtor. As Ryan would say, “That’s Buisness”! All I can say is that Ryan is the one you want to be your real estate representative. Thank you Ryan!
